Beaver Creek is located just east of Branson near Kissee Mills. The river is at it’s best after early spring rains and is realistically floatable from Brownsville down. Just below Highway 76 near Bradleyville there are some excellent fishing pools. Much of the river drops too much during summer months to be effective in your boat, keep that in mind. If you are looking to white bass fish in the spring it’s a hard place to beat. This creek, long a favorite with fly fishermen, is nearly the size of the Niangua River, but has a less constant water supply.
