Shoals Riverview Lodging, Camping & Canoe Rental

Shoals Riverview is located in Galena, Missouri on the beautiful James River at the confluence of Railey Creek, and  just across the bridge. We’re  just 50 miles southwest of Springfield, Missouri and 30 short miles from Branson.

Long known as a favorite local put in for fishermen we offer excellent opportunities to catch trophy smallmouth, black bass, white bass, goggle-eye, catfish and of course sunfish and bluegill. In the spring it’s a prime spot for spoonbill fishermen.

We offer  primitive riverfront campsites as well as indoor lodging and canoe rentals.
Our goal at Shoals Riverview is to give families and groups a break from daily life to slow down and enjoy being together at an affordable price.

Our campground  sits directly on the river and provides nearly 1 mile of riverfront camping.  It’s perfect for a family  getaway or group gathering and is located only 11 miles from the fun at Silver Dollar City and 30 miles from Branson’s nightlife.

Our overnight campsites are $6.00 per night (per car & 1 tent per 4 people).
Day passes for fishing, swimming and outdoor fun on the river are $2.00 per car, up to 4 people.
Enjoy all nature’s beauty with our 4-5 hour float trip available from Kerr’s Access to Shoals Riverview
$35.00 for two people/one canoe. (Bus transport is provided).

We also offer  lodging with electricity, running water and “modern beds” that is just a stone’s throw from our amazing river.
Prices start at just $25.00 for a double occupancy room.

Our on-site store has a little bit of everything as well as an old-fashioned  “Ice Cream Parlor!”
